Some diners mention the need for reservations, as the cozy space can fill quickly during busy hours. It can feel cramped, especially on weekends, leading to longer wait times for tables. A few reviews highlight the limited menu options for those seeking gluten-free dishes, with a desire for more inclusivity in the offerings. While the service is generally praised, during peak times, some guests have experienced slower service, which can be frustrating. Parking can also be limited in the area, leading to a bit of a search, especially during busy dining hours.
Fantastic little Italian, I came with my sisters and father who all loved the food. The Pasta Arribiata was spicy and delicious (probably the best I've had) and the Vegan options were great!
Did a little pit stop after visiting the Elgiva, feeling a little peckish so we popped in and had some delicious traditional Italian pizza, absolutely world class. A very relaxed atmosphere and very friendly service too. Compliments the Chef and Team. I’d highly recommend this restaurant if you’re in the area. Wish I had more room to sample to dessert menu. Maybe next time. 🇮🇹
Really small place on the high street, I would suggest booking ahead. But wow such nice pasta. Seriously I am going to get so fat now that I know this place exists. The ice cream was also like super nice, I had strawberry and could tell they used actual strawberries for flavouring rather than packing it with flavouring syrups. Service was good too, a young lady served the entire place on her own - well done!
Amazing food, freshly prepared, friendly service, and decent prices. The pizza Menu is extensive with many choices. Recommend to book for evenings as it may get busy. Real Italian food by Italian people.
An early Father's Day treat for me. A pleasant experience. We both started with Arancini, followed by Penne al Salmone plus a pizza 🍕, all served at a reasonable pace.
Wonderful sourdough based pizzas and great pasta too. Nice little place with a bit of outdoor seating too. Will definitely return!
I had a meal to celebrate my birthday on 1st April with friends. Staff were so welcoming, friendly and attentive. Food as always was superb. They coped well with a big group and got food out quickly. Made my special day 🙂
